Home is 6000 sq. ft. and has contemporary natural finishes throughout, with lots of windows to bring in natural light. Home is Ranch Style so sits all on one level, which allows for easy movement for all ages.
Home has all the amenities one can ask for. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, large (50 ft x 20 ft) outdoor heated pool, large (8 ft x 8 ft) hot tub, steam room, sauna, Peloton, pool house/game room, two large screen TVs, DVD player, etc.
Home is also very conveniently located, while enjoying the benefit of feeling tucked away. Less than 10 mins from Old Town St. Joseph as well as the Benton Harbor Arts District. Located less than 10 minutes from Harbor Shores Golf Course, which regularly hosts the Senior PGA Championship. Located 5 mins from South Shore Health & Racket Club which offers daily and weekly memberships. Less than 90 mins from Chicago, 20 mins to New Buffalo, 15 mins to Warren Dunes State Park, and more!

Summary: This property is one of the best I ever rented. The owner was attentive and extremely helpful from check in to check out. The property was everything my family could have wanted. The pool was one of the favorite amenities. It was close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and many outdoor activities. I would definitely stay again at this rental and in the area as a base location. Not far from Saugatuck or the Indiana Dunes. The owner deserves kudos!

Summary: This house is beautiful and sprawling. It's big enough for teenagers to hang out in the game room, and adults to have a nice dinner. The pool is huge and a lot of fun, we had ping pong tournaments, and the kids loved the trampoline too. A surprise was how much everyone loved the steam shower! Kitchen had everything we needed. We did feel a little nervous in the living room, because no kids could sit on the sofas, so the adults didnt either. It's a big enough house that we could all be together, but also we could retreat to our rooms if we needed a break from the crowd. I was worried we would have to drive to the beach but it was a very short drive and didnt seem like a problem. The owners were very responsive and gave us recommendations for everything we asked about!

Summary: There is so much to like about this property, it is hard to know where to start! As it is summer, I will start with the amazing backyard. We only made one quick trip to the beach in St. Joseph, as the whole family so enjoyed the pool, hot tub, trampoline, and fire pit with plenty of seating. The house is well appointed, super clean, and large enough to offer something for everyone in your group. The owners were very helpful, quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay at their property. This was the perfect place for our annual family trip. We hope to be back next year!
